I am thrilled to be able to offer this yoga week, deep in the heart of the 'real' Andalucian countryside. It has a stunning yoga room for 18 students, is a fully catered venue and is only an hour's drive from the ski fields of Sierra Nevada.
My intention is that this week will be for all students who wish to explore Yoga asanas, meditation and breathing practices, bioenergetics AND Raja yoga philosophy. By that, I mean, I hope that this week will provide a delightful quiet space for all aspects of conscious inquiry and yoga practice (it will not be limited to asana classes.)
Each day, there will be two classes; morning and evening, the morning class being asana-based, the evening class focusing on meditation and conscious inquiry.
Two meals will be provided each day; a big brunch mid-morning and an evening meal (perfect for yogis!).
Daytimes can be spent as your heart desires: As you can see on the Hacienda website (www.haciendaretreat.com ) Seville, Ronda and Granada are all a drive away and there is plenty to see and do in the local area. No doubt some folk will make their way to the ski fields in a hire car, while others prefer to rest, read and snooze by the pool...
Tracie (who runs the Hacienda) is managing all bookings. Please email her with booking requests and questions:

Please see full details about the venue and surrounding area on the Hacienda website: www.haciendaretreat.com

I went to this venue for the first time in July 2009 and found it to be an amazing experience; a beautiful fully equipped yoga space, fabulous fresh food and it runs as a completely 'green' eco centre (repleat with permaculture...).
Please do call Jilly at Freespirituk if you have any questions about this holiday; she knows it inside out and is managing all the inquiries and bookings.

Thank You
May I thank all of you that have joined me on recent yogic trips to Azores, Thailand, Morocco and Braziers. I hope you enjoyed being on them them as much as I enjoyed leading them... the last few trips have been a huge joy to teach. I look forward to seeing you on the next adventure.
